Plasti-Coat Corp.'s Injection Molding Division offers complete injection molding services, with equipment capabilities tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Whether you need a prototype or low or high volume production of your part, we offer complete in-house capabilities. All secondary operations are also completed in-house, including pad printing, hot stamping, silk-screening, ultrasonic welding, assembly services and blister packaging.

At Plasti-Coat, we utilize SPC and SQC quality control procedures to ensure that your molds will meet your specifications. After your parts are completed, we can provide ship-to-stock or JIT deliveries, including distribution when required.
